These terms apply to all enquiries, quotations, production services, fulfilment services, website use, and related communications.
2. Services
Full Circle Merchandise provides services including, but not limited to:
- Merchandise sourcing
- Product manufacturing
- Sampling and development
- Branding and packaging
- Pre order campaign support
- Ecommerce fulfilment
- Worldwide shipping
- Creator and influencer merchandise support
Some production, decoration, and manufacturing services may be carried out by approved third party partners on behalf of Mission Logix Limited.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry.
Pricing may vary depending on:
- Product specification
- Order volumes
- Shipping requirements
- Packaging requirements
- Supplier and manufacturing costs
- Currency fluctuations
Quotes remain valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Samples & Production
Where samples are requested, additional charges may apply.
Production will not commence until approval has been received from the client for:
- Artwork
- Product specifications
- Sizing
- Colours
- Quantities
The client is responsible for checking all approvals carefully before sign off.
5. Lead Times
Estimated lead times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Manufacturing and shipping timelines may occasionally be affected by:
- Customs delays
- Supplier delays
- Shipping disruptions
- Global events outside of our control
We will always aim to communicate delays as early as possible.
6. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Samples and development work may require payment in advance
- Production orders may require a deposit before manufacturing begins
- Fulfilment and shipping charges are invoiced separately where applicable
Late payments may result in delays to production, shipping, or fulfilment services.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients confirm they own, or have permission to use, any artwork, branding, logos, or designs supplied to us.
Mission Logix Limited and its partners accept no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement relating to customer supplied content.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customised nature of merchandise production, personalised or made to order products are generally non refundable unless faulty.
Any issues relating to damaged, incorrect, or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mission Logix Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits
- Delays caused by third party suppliers or carriers
- Events outside of reasonable control
Liability shall be limited to the value of the affected order or service provided.
